Hospitals and health centers are struggling to increase the workforce in the health sector in response to the corona epidemic.

Demand for health care providers has been high following the high number of coronavirus victims at hospitals and health centers.
Everyone's contribution to the health sector is needed to make sure the country is safe during this difficult time.

Some countries have gone so far as to rehabilitate retired doctors and even use them were in the last year of graduation to deal with the shortage of health care providers.
In the case of Tanzania recently 6000 doctors' jobs were announced with a view to intensifying the fight against corona.
As one of the human resources services platforms in Tanzania, BrighterMonday Tanzania has taken several steps to ensure the health sector continues to have enough professionals to support the fight against the corona epidemic.

“We understand that millions of workers around the world have been affected by the COVID-19 explosion. The health sector has been further affected by the epidemic. This is why BrighterMonday Tanzania has continued to make our contribution to the state and the health sector and to all other sectors that are at the forefront of the fight against the clan.

One of the key steps is to launch a United Time Trouble program that gives employers the opportunity to use our platform for free and access essential human resources services at great discounts ”, says Reshma Bharmal-Shariff, Managing Director of BrighterMonday Tanzania.
“This is not the time when the health sector should worry about getting a job. With the use of Best Match technology employers can hire correctly and at the right time, ”added Reshma.

By using Best Match technology, competent and tailored health professionals will be ranked according to the relevant positions and will be prioritized in the system to minimize disruption to employers.
“The use of Best Match technology will reduce the inconvenience to employers who had to spend a lot of time choosing the right professionals for the right position.
