The Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA) is an Executive Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade responsible for business administration and regulation of the laws; namely Companies Registration, Business Names Registration, Trade, and Service Marks Registration, granting of Patents and issuing of Industrial License. It was established under the Government Executive Agencies Act No. 30 of 1997 and formally launched on 3rd December 1999.

Duties and responsibilities
- Respond to all queries and refer them to the corresponding departments when necessary;
- To receive and deliver incoming calls;
- Maintain a history of incoming and outgoing electronic calls;
- Receive and direct telephone calls from public lines to the corresponding officials;
- Prepare accurate and timely reports. a saw.

Qualifications and Experience
CSEE with at least three credits of English and Swahili plus certification in one of the following areas: Telephone Operation, Reception, Office Administration, Front Desk, Front Desk Management, Customer Service, or equivalent qualification from recognized institutions. The candidate must be good at general communication and computer skills.
