Basic Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of IP network performance, transport network performance, and PS core performance covering SGSN-MME, GGSN, and any other PS core network elements.
- Daily monitoring of passenger performance covering 2G, 3G, and 4G.
- Timely reporting of network performance and customer experience using available tools, via PM, BO-ENM, Competent.
- Manage standards with other data and voice service operators using automated tools or third-party equipment.
- Report the results of standards, analysis, and improvement plans.
- Escalate all deviations from the agreed KPIS.
- Advise the P&Q Manager on all matters related to network compliance to a structured regulator based on a recent notice.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly network performance reports for management.
- Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and block-level technical KPI reports sharing with key stakeholders.
- Support the sales team in all network/technology-related issues.
- Support other functional teams to improve network performance and quality.
- Conduct regional visits to manage network performance.
- Perform site audits to manage network performance.
- Provide customized network quality reports based on management requirements.
- Work closely with the managed service provider team to close open action items.
Other responsibilities
- Manage operational projects, change-driven projects, and network performance improvement projects.
- SLAS management with demand regulation I.E. Huawei Managed Service.
- Inspect and plan all network performance improvement requirements.
- Support business and commercial projects to build and upgrade the network across all corporate client facilities when needed.
- Manage the requirements of the commercial project from the technical department.
- Perform performance analysis before and after project completion.
- Network KPI analysis.
- Provide an outage/impact analysis of the technical team against the revenue trend.
- Attend change management meetings to agree on all network changes that affect network quality and customer experience.
Academic qualification and work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering/Computer engineering or other related disciplines.
- At least 4 years of work experience in Mobile Networks Performance / Operations / Quality / Compliance.
- Experience in RAN networks, core network, transmission network, and optimization in all areas.
- Experience working on performance tools.
Basic skills
- Good knowledge of E2E mobile network architecture.
- Good knowledge of basic systems and optimization.
- Knowledge of communication systems/networks.
- Innovative and customer service center.
