Duties and responsibilities

  1. Respond to all queries and refer them to the corresponding departments when necessary;
  2. To receive and deliver incoming calls;
  3. Keep an electronic record of incoming and outgoing calls;
  4.  Receive and direct telephone calls from public lines to the corresponding officials;
  5.  Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  6. Test all equipment and lines to ensure they are in good working order; Y
  7. Carry out any other functions assigned by the supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

Hold a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with at least three credits of English and Swahili plus certification in one of the following areas: Telephone Operation, Reception, Office Administration, Reception, Front Desk Management, Customer Service or a qualification equivalent of recognized institutions The candidate should be good at general communication and computer skills.
