Introduction
The management of Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) invites suitably qualified Tanzanians to apply for two-year contract employment for Assistant Professor positions. Letters of application must state the names and addresses of all three references, along with certified copies of academic certificates and transcripts, i.e. Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, in addition, the applicant must submit a copy of the Acta of Birth, Certification CURRICULUM VITAE Certificates signed and updated.

Department of Policy, Planning, and Administration
Position: Assistant Lectures (Human Resources Management) - 3 positions
Place of Work: MOROGORO
Duties and responsibilities
- Give lectures, classes, seminars, and internships for undergraduate programs;
- To identify students who are experiencing difficulties, to intervene and provide assistance and support;
- To assist in research, consulting and outreach activities.
- Carry out other functions assigned by the authorities.
Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management/Public Administration with a minimum GPA of 4.0 and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Public Administration/Political Science and Public Administration with a minimum GPA of 3.8 from a recognized institution. Applicants with a Ph.D. will have an additional advantage.
Contract terms: 2 years (including a 6-month trial period), renewable based on performance and financing.
Bonus: PUTS 2.1
Age: Not more than 55 years
