BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Career Options Africa, is an HR consulting firm specializing in recruitment, HR outsourcing and immigration support within the East African region with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and now the Democratic Republic of Congo and Burundi.

We are looking to recruit a qualified recent graduate as a Management Trainee for a one-year program, then to join the HR Operations Management team in Tanzania.

Qualifications;

1. Recent graduate in a business-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5 in the following areas;

I. Business Administration

ii. Bachelors of Commerce – Human Resources/Finance iii. Human resources management

2. Must have graduated within the last year

3. Strong organizational, communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

4. Positive and motivated individuals.

5. Be a team player with good interpersonal skills

6. Be a person of integrity

FACILITATION

The Management Apprentice will be provided with a transportation and food subsidy.
